RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between Garda and You is on a principal-to-principal basis. You are in no way Garda’s legal representative, partner or agent for any reason whatsoever.

TERMINATION

As Subscription User, Your right to use Garda shall automatically terminate on the expiry of the term of the Subscription Package. You may discontinue your participation in and access to Garda at any time. You agreed that upon suspension or termination, no amount shall be refunded to You by Garda.
Your right to use Garda shall automatically terminate if You violate these Terms of Use or any terms, rules or guidelines published in connection with Garda. Garda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your access to all or any part of Garda, for any reason, with or without notice.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
Garda respects the intellectual property rights of others. Upon proper notice, Garda will remove User Submissions (and any other Website/ Application content) that violates copyright law. SEVERABILITY
